Keith Koch, DDS, PC
Dr. Keith Koch has worked hard to foster a reputation as one of the finest, most trusted orthodontists in not only Geneseo, but all the surrounding counties.
He is a graduate of Canisus College in Buffalo, NY, and attended dental school at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Ryan Koch, DDS, MS
Proud to follow in his father’s footsteps, Ryan Koch is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (2020). He holds a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and a MS degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Tamara Behr – Secretary/Receptionist
Certifications: CPR Certified
Tamara loves her job and it shows! Professional and friendly, her true caring for every patient (and parent) shines through. She does her best every day to provide service with a smile!
Tamara has a great love of nature and all creatures big and small. Don’t swat that spider or fly! She’ll be right over with her net to set them free. Whether working on her home, rescuing cats, or hiking in the woods, you can bet she is enjoying being outdoors!
Carol Kostraba – Certified Dental Assistant
Certifications: CPR Certified
Carol began her career in 1987 as a Certified Dental Assistant after graduating from Continental Dental Assisting School of Rochester. From there she completed her clinical studies at Eastman Dental at the U of R. She worked in general dentistry before accepting a position in orthodontics with Dr. Bill Anderson in 1989. Orthodontics has been her passion ever since! Carol is CPR-certified.
Carol loves creating beautiful and confident smiles alongside Dr. Koch and our Amazing Team! Our patients are like family to us as we have seen and treated many generations.
When Carol is not making happy smiles in the office, she enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. “Smile Always!”
Erinne Carrion – Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Certifications: CPR Certified
Erinne finds comfort in knowing her patients are getting the best care and a smile that will last a lifetime. She chose this career path following in her sister’s footsteps and found her passion for dental assisting. She loves watching the confidence shift in her patients when they achieve the smile they’ve always wanted.
Erinne is a United States Marine. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, hiking, camping, horseback riding, and many outdoor activities. She also loves spending as much time as possible with her friends and family. She has a cat named Meika.
Tina Stickel – Financial Secretary
As the practice’s Financial Secretary, Tina’s role involves processing payments and providing support to make the patient experience as seamless as possible. She is eager to assist with any billing questions or concerns you may have!
Tina lives in Avon with her husband Dave and golden retriever Lieu. When she’s not in the office, you will find her cooking and creating recipes to share with her family. She enjoys hanging out with her kids, which is always a fun treat!
Justine Beatty – Treatment Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator at Koch Orthodontics, Justine will be getting patients started with the treatment process; meeting and greeting them, reviewing treatment options and procedures, and taking records.
Justine is a resident of LeRoy, and is married with three children (two sons and a daughter) and one grandson. Her family owns a pack of Jack Russell terriers. She is currently attending the University of Cincinnati for certification as a Cancer Registry Health Information Specialist.
Outside the office, Justine’s hobbies include reading, antiquing, working on her house, various crafts, and her dogs!
Sophie Hebert – Orthodontic Assistant
Certifications: Basic Exterior Fire Operations
As an Orthodontic Assistant, Sophie enjoys the heart-warming experience of watching the faces of patients light up at the sight of their new smiles!
Sophie holds an Associates Degree in Psychological Science from SUNY Geneseo. She is a seasoned traveler, frequently visiting her older brothers who live in Rennes, France!
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, boxing, cars and motorcycles.
Alexandra (Ally) Brott – Orthodontic Assistant
Certifications: Phlebotomy certified – coopers planes, ny (2019)
As an Orthodontic Assistant, Ally will be seeing patients from start to finish during treatment. She enjoys the joy from patients upon finishing their treatment.
Elmira, NY-born, Ally is a graduate of the Canisteo-Greenwood Central School District. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing in the winter, and walking her two French bulldogs in the summer!
